I had something similar a few months back. Turned out to be a stuck software update. Try updating the software in the Menu, see if that cures it.

BT Box Pro Lost Channels

I have had a BT Box Pro for about 6 months, which has worked pretty faultlessly. It is set up to receive TV channels over the internet.

However this evening I have a problem where there are no live TV channels. The home screen shows 'Guide Preview unavailable. Press OK to open guide'. If I press OK, it goes to a screen titled 'TV Guide Unavailable' saying to check my connection and then retune, with a button labelled 'Retune TV channels' (this screen also suggests searching support for code YVM305, but this seems to relate to channels received via an ariel). If I press this, I get a screen showing zero channels, with the only option to press 'Done' to go back to settings.

The box is connected to my Smart Hub fine (via WiFi) as I can watch iPlayer etc through the box.

I've tried rebooting the box (and my router) with no change.

Any suggestions?
