Hello can some one tell mw why you can not record a series on ALIBI from NOW TV with BT ie. Annika is one I could go on

I don't know the answer for certain, but would hazard a guess that it is because the broadcaster concerned, (UKTV in the case of Alibi), has not provided Series Link info as part of their EPG data.

AIUI, it is the broadcaster's responsibility to provide the platform operators, (NowTV / BT TV, Sky, Virgin etc), with the EPG data?

Hello all well the reply that I got from some of you did not help at all I don't call it a solution perhaps some one could tell me who to contact to help as I am paying for a services that I don't seem to get.
