    <description>&lt;P&gt;My youview box fails to record programmes that have been set to record, if I turn the program on it immediately begins to record though, it's mainly on ITV3 but happens on other channels. I&amp;nbsp; have been in an online chat with a BT operator but he discovered no faults, I did a soft reset to no avail, the box is only a few months old having been replaced, I'm thinking of leaving BT because of the fault. Any help would be appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
