      <title>IPC6023 error message BTTV</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My BT box pro was working fine until about a week ago.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Now, I can't view any channels at all. I keep getting the&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;IPC6023 error message.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have reset my router twice and factory reset the box but it's still not working.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My broadband speed is fine and my BT sport channels still work if I watch via the Discovery plus app.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Can a moderator please help me escalate this issue.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Thanks&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;James&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I'm sorry you're seeing the IPC6023 error message. How is the box connected? Is it wireless, through adaptors or directly via cable?&lt;/P&gt;

It is connected via WiFi.&lt;BR /&gt;I have BT broadband with a smart hub 2 router and a WiFi extender disk. The WiFi signal is good and broadband speed is good.&lt;BR /&gt;BT Sport plays fine through the Discovery plus app but I can't get any channels on my BT box.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks again for your help&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;James&lt;/P&gt;</description>
