Hello,

trying to take out now tv movies sub.

logged into account. Went to where you upgrade and now movies isn’t present.

Error on account?

please help

Looks like you trying to upgrade directly with NowTV? If you pay BT for your subscription you need to upgrade via MyBT.

No I’m trying to do it with bt but there is no option on my account. I can upgrade to other tv packs just not movies. However when I go to the now tv website it displays that error above. I feel it may be linked. Need an admin to look at my account…..
