BT TV box picture going dull

Morning

We have a bt TV box that records etc it's been fine but last night when you put the TV on and choose the box on hdmi the picture goes dull after 3 seconds.

I tried a factory reset it's the same and another hdmi socket

Any advice on this thank you

Have you tried a different HDMI cable?

Hi yes changed the hdmi cable and was fine ☺️

Changed HDMI cable but that didn't cure it. Then checked my satellite receiver also connected by HDMI and that was the same. So deduced it must be my JVC TV. Did a soft reset and all good again. Thanks for taking the time to answer.
