Hello can you tell me where the reset button is on the side of the BT TV PRO BOX AS I don't want to do a factor reset as on old boxes you could choose just to reset and same your recordings

It’s on the right hand side of the box in a central position.

You can do exactly the same thing on the Pro Box.
