Netflix account

We have been using my father in laws account on BT Netflix app but now it's come up with the new change to Netflix accounts of having to be in the same household. It said I have to start a membership but I already have a Netflix account in my BT package. How do i transfer my account with lists etc. From my father in laws account to the BT Netflix account?

Netflix has a profile transfer tool: https://help.netflix.com/en/node/122698 - but there are some caveats around third party billing.
