    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi all. Having had a problem with some sport channels not appearing on program guide I did a software reset keep recording. That resulted in the sport section of the program guide completely disappearing. I then tried software recovery to get back to where I was but that just froze the box. After waiting for ages to no effect I unplugged the box for 30 seconds and tried the set up again. Now the remote won’t &amp;nbsp;press the start set up button on screen and if I go back into maintenance mode it won’t scroll or operate any of the buttons. All the remote does is turn the box on and off!!!! I think I’ve broken the box!!!! Any suggestions welcome please before I ring BT this evening.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Don't panic - resetting the box has lost the pairing with it. Just hold Home + 9 to reset it and it should then work ok again.</description>
