    <description>&lt;P&gt;Last Friday 27th Oct &amp;nbsp;lost TV guide and still have the problem one week later under instruction I have carried out the following&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;router and BT TV box restarted and factory reset on TV box and&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;Connected using Ethernet cable&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Saturday 28th Oct replacement TV box has same issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Monday 30th Oct Engineer home visit he confirmed it was TV platform issue&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Escalated with customer complaint 1st Nov waiting for technical team to call me Apparently 5 day wait for technical support when client has no TV channels or recording&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;no TV channel's for 1 week&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;anyone help ?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
