How do I select the BBC South East Region on my Pro Box working in IP mode? Currently showing London?

Hi @aftenoonboy have you recently moved to IP mode as I understand from other threads that London is the default/fallback but that yout IP address will be used to determine which region you should receive and that process may take up to 48 hours. So is it more than 48 hours since you switched to Ip mode

What was the activation date in your order confirmation email? It's 24-48 hours after that.
