Schedule Recordings

I have tried to set a show to record (I'm a celeb on ITV , and this is shown in the planner with the record icon. However, in the scheduled part of MyTV its doesn't have the show is scheduled ? I have tried to deselect the tv show and then add it again but its still missing out of my schedule..

Anyone else have this issue?

@Dean007 Is it on the ITV Channel 3 on the Box Pro in IP mode or is your box in aerial mode ?

Hi @zulu17 thanks for your reply.

I selected channel 103 as I have the HD pack, and it’s in aerial mode. It’s strange on the epg it shows the record series link icon, in then BT TV app it shows it in schedule shows, but it’s not showing on the pro box scheduled in my tv.
