      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had the same problem in the past, eventually I did a soft reset keeping any recordings, but in short term is to unplug power lead from back of the box plug it back in and that should work..&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;I am sorry you're seeing error IPC6023. &amp;nbsp;This error relates to Multicast which is the technology used to deliver the IP channels. &amp;nbsp;Can you post back and explain your home set up please? &amp;nbsp;Do you have the pro box wired direct into your Smart Hub?&lt;/P&gt;

None of the tv guide works. Even the Bt preview channel doesn't. I get a blank screen. Then after a few seconds the error code appears.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Changed the ethernet cable on the hub and no change.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Done factory resets and nothing.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;According to BT fault department. They said TMC are going to look at it. I'm not getting my hopes up as they didn't come last week to look at it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

The moderation team refers these cases to TMC as well, they will get it sorted but it may take them a few days.&lt;/P&gt;

I'll drop a private message separately to check that.&lt;/P&gt;

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Pleased to say that following triage&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;with Openreach,&amp;nbsp; we've found and&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;resolved the problem at the local exchange that was causing the loss of service.&amp;nbsp;That's now been fixed and we've confirmed that the TV service is working, however we'll continue to monitor to ensure that things stay that way, and follow up off line.&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
