Remote not working

Hi my remote has stopped working for my extra box in bedroom I have tried everything and it won’t work 😞 just won’t connect how do I get a replacement

@Charleyk29 Have you tried a reset of the remote. Press the purple home button and the number 7 at the same time until it flashes blue the try using the remote as normal...

I think I have a similar issue - since the latest update I can't use my BT remote to control sound volume.
