Ipc6007

Hi!

I’ve recently moved and have set up a new broadband hub. My by box is connected via adapters and I can use the apps such as NowTV fine. I am unable to watch any live tv through the guide and get a IPC6007 code.

I’ve tried unplugging the box several time but had no luck. C someone help please?

Thanks for helping. Unfortunately this does not fix my issue.

Here’s BT’s take on this:-

and type in IPC6007.

Other than that, Google the code, and see what strikes you.

There’s a suggestion the code means that BT TV don’t see your box as a valid BT TV subscriber, so you may have to involve the Admins on here.
