    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have been with BT for over a year for Broadband and TV.&amp;nbsp; I have a Smart Hub 2 and a TV Pro Box.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Recently the TV box has been dropping its connection to the Smart Hub.&amp;nbsp; Nothing has changed in terms of location of either unit.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried a reset on both but it still keeps happening.&amp;nbsp; All other devices connected to the Smart Hub are fine.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any suggestions, I have tried the help on BT and that is no Help.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Thanks for posting, when you say you have done a reset on the box was it a full factory reset?&lt;/P&gt;
