      <description>&lt;P&gt;since getting a new router and digital phone service my humax DRTR 2110 bt&amp;nbsp; youview box has not worked properly, have done a factory reset&amp;nbsp; losing all recordings but allowed normal use, after 3 days ok, won't open apps to use/view once again&lt;/P&gt;</description>
