TV footer

Hey so today I have noticed I now have a footer at the bottom of my screen when watching tv. It’s annoying and I have exhausted everything to try and remove it. Along the bottom it is showing as: Ok watch; Info; Delete; Lock; Change Page and then it shows my % of recording space left. I cannot remove this and it is definitely a BT footer and it’s purple and mirrors the buttons on the remote. Can anyone help.? Thanks in advance 🙂

Hi @ddadd31

from your description that is the footer that would be displayed when

selecting MYTV on the home page which would normally bring up your recordings and if you navigated down to a completed single recording you would expect to see those options listed at the bottom of the screen. ( you get a slightly different set of options if a series of recordings s is selected).

It shouldn’t remain if you navigate away from that page or select live Tv or apps from the Home page.

have you tried restarting your Box ( hold the BT button on the box for about 8 to 10 seconds and it should restart).
