Bt tv box stuck on you view screen

My box was working then all of a sudden turned off and started itself now it’s wont load it just sits in the you view loading screen then turn itself off again and redoes it all over again. I have turned it off and unplugged and turned on and still nothing

Hi, @Steviea77 welcome back to the community and thanks for posting, I'm sorry you're having problems with your BT TV box. I'd recommend trying a factory reset ensuring to choose the option to keep your recordings by following the steps on this link.

Hi buddy patently they are sending me a new box again that will be 4 boxes in the 2 years that I have had bt tv
