BT TV Box Pro set up

I just set up my new BT TV Box Pro after subscribing to Big Sport and need some advice please.

Every time I switch on, the box comes up with 'You are not subscribed to Sky Witness HD - Resolve or Back'

How do I stop this please - can I set a default start up program ?

Hi @tuanton thanks for posting. The TV box doesn't have a "default" channel per se, and will join the last channel selected. Sky Witness HD (Channel 356) is in a package you haven't got in your Big Sport package.

Can you try this and let us know how you get on:

Press the Guide button and select another channel you have in your active subscription (or a Freeview channels like BBC1)
Put the box to active standby, then wake it up again after about 30s
Check that the previously selected channel is shown.

Thank you so much... I used BBC1 HD, and now it's always coming back to this channel.
