Not recived most of the EE TV Update

Hello,

I have not recived the majority of the update for EE TV, yes, i mean a majority, the only change on the box is that the BT TV Player has renamed to EE TV. The box is still showing the BT TV interface and is circle on the box is still purple, is there a delay with the update?

There was a glitch yesterday that a small number of boxes didn't pick up the update yesterday morning, however the rest should have picked it up this morning.
If you manually checked for software updates on your box, what does it say?

Just done a softwear update, it has now updated, thank you.
