&lt;P&gt;Going off memory I think as part of the setup process on a least some boxes &amp;nbsp;there is an option to accept Youview &amp;nbsp;terms and conditions which is needed to be set.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would be inclined to perform a full factory reset on the newly supplied box &amp;nbsp;and go through the setup process again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Just received my new box after the old one died with the new update.&amp;nbsp; Plugged in, none of the apps work except Netflix,&amp;nbsp; even the help button doesn't.&amp;nbsp; It all just returns to the tv program playing, any help would be appreciated.&amp;nbsp; Alan&lt;/P&gt;</description>
