New EE pro box can I upgrade to it

I currently subscribe to big sport and have a BT pro box, its seems to have an issue with live sport where the picture slows down then picks back up. Sound is always fine.

I have had the box for a while now can I get an new EE pro box as its replacement (hoping this box is better)

Is the EE pro box an actual upgrade over the BT pro box

If your box is faulty then BT will swap it and the replacement may well be EE badged, although there is no guarantee.

The EE TV Pro Box is a BT TV Pro Box with a new dress on, there isn't any performance difference.
