(You don't say that you have).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you don't report it, and give BT a reasonable chance to fix it, (new box maybe), then cancelling your Direct Debit would put &lt;EM&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;you&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/EM&gt; in "breach of contract", (and possibly cause you further issues with your Credit Rating).&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello, I am absolutely frustrated now. Nearly all my recordings are stopping well short of the end of the programme. Regretting moving from Sky, we are hopefully moving house in next 2 months and WON'T be using BT. I have carried out the Factory Reset a couple of times, lost all programmes on MyTV. This happens with generally most of our recordings - Please Help.....I am now at the stage thinking of cancelling my direct debit and chucking the box in the bin- breach if contract with supply springs to mind.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
