    <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/326118"&gt;@nmus64&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;It might resolve the issue for a while if it is the head, but if the drive is starting to fail, nothing will stop it in the long run.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it is something else, then a reset cures many ills and will likely be the final step BT will insist on before issuing a replacement (or perhaps an engineer visit), anyway.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>BT Pro box clicking</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have had a BT pro box for 18 months. It has been pretty good . I get an occasional purple picture on startup . This is cured by unplugging the hdmi cable and reconnecting it again. I have noticed recently the box clicks intermittently. Sounds like the drive heads. What I need to know is , if I factory reset the box will it cure the clicking&lt;/P&gt;</description>
