Unfortunately IPC6023 has a very large number of possible causes, including:
* connected to the wrong broadband
* using a different router, or incompatible switches/powerline adapters
* wrong profile on the smart hub
* misconfiguration on the line
* wrong connection in the cabinet
* account issues at our end

Your best option would be to give us a call - the helpdesk can then go through all the standard diagnostics to eliminate the simple issues, before then raising a case for a specialist to dig deeper.

Hi,

My EE tv was activated yesterday and setup seemed to go fine, with all apps working perfectly, streaming 4K with no issues across various apps.

However all live channels from the guide bring up an error message with code IPC6023. I know the issue isn’t on my end as I have fttp 900 and have tried Ethernet, WiFi, rebooted everything multiple times, factory reset of the tv box etc. but nothing resolved the issue.

Any suggestions on how this can be resolved? Or could a mod intervene and help?

thanks

Thanks Darren, I chatted with a tech support guide this morning and they raised a line fault.

just checked again and everything appears to be working now, suspect something hadn’t been switched on or configured correctly at your end. But working now so that’s good.

thanks for responding though
