@DarrenDev I am having this exact problem. I am being charged for HD and Now boost twice despite taking out big sport with HD package. I have rung up and made complaints against this but my complaint was just closed via email and the same thing has happened again this month. So I am now overcharged by £12. I have rung up and spoke multiple times about this but no one seems able to help.
