IPC6023 on live channels

using broadband connection and all good for last year or so.

All apps working ok but same message on all live channels telling me there’s a problem with broadband and quoting IPC6023.

I’ve rebooted and restarted the router and box several times.

box says good internet connection

I’ve got a hardwired broadband so speed is super fast

any thoughts?

You'll need to raise it as a fault - there are many possible causes that can't be diagnosed without specialists looking at your line.
