    <description>&lt;P&gt;I have the ee tv entertainment package which includes now entertainment, Discovery plus and Netflix basic. From the 10th of jan this year i have been paying a extra&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;£9 for netflix premium however when i look at my account its says i have the basic plan and can't&amp;nbsp;watch anything in 4k which i believe is one of the main points of the upgrade. When will this show on my account i have already paid for one&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;month.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also is there any way to get the new ee branded tv box and wifi hub&lt;SPAN&gt;?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;TABLE cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0"&gt;&lt;TBODY&gt;&lt;TR&gt;&lt;TD&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/TD&gt;&lt;/TR&gt;&lt;/TBODY&gt;&lt;/TABLE&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/327881"&gt;@JN0123&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I can’t help with the Netflix issue, that is one for BT to sort, I suggest giving them a call.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;On EE branded kit, they are working on offers/journeys to entice you across to EE currently and when offered a move I suspect you might get an EE hub, but the TV kit is exactly the same hardware just with a different shell.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I’m not sure they will swap that out, but I don’t think anyone knows for sure at the moment as the move process isn’t finalised.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
