My mother who is nearly 90 is having trouble with her set top box, which after years of probelm free use has started turning to standby regularly whilst she is watching TV.

I have taked her through how to reset a couple of times but this does not seem to cure the problem. I dont live nearby and would really like BT to go out replace the box (EE recordable box) does anyone know if this is possible and is there a way I can arrange it for her?

Any help or advice appreciated.
