      <description>&lt;P&gt;Yes active subscription. I feel it is a WiFi issue as it’s not working on any devices and my step daughter has her own account and that’s not working either.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;This problem is still occurring Bt have taken me through every step possible including resetting everything from bt box, modem, hub and have no sent me a new hub but it’s still happening.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
