      <title>Cannot play HD recordings (Error code IPC6041)</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to watch most HD programmes that I record on TNT Sports, Eurosport and Now as I receive the message ‘Recording unavailable’&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;error code IPC6041. As an example if I record TNT Sports, I can watch programmes recorded in SD but not HD. It’s a similar result for, for example, Sky Nature and Sky Sports Premier League. However, a real oddity is that I can watch recorded Eurosport 2 HD programmes, but not Eurosport 1 HD programmes.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;it doesn’t appear to matter if I record at the time of viewing or from the guide.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have all the channels included in my package.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Actually, I didn’t click on update apps as the software information stated that the last check was today. However, I’ve just clicked to update apps and received a message to say ‘We can’t update your apps’. I’ll try bt.com/tverrors&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Not without disconnecting everything and lugging it upstairs, which I would rather not do.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It just seems very odd that I can watch TNT, Eurosport and Sky (Now) HD channels but can’t record (and watch) them with the exception of Eurosport 2. There doesn’t seem to be any logic to it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/8025"&gt;@blissett&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;- please can you try and play one of the TNT Sports HD recordings that are failing and giving the IPC6041 error message.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;When you get the IPC6041 error message on screen there should be a button named "help" or "resolve".&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you select this button it should fix the issue for you and you shouldn't see the issue again.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Please can you try this and let me know.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Thanks&lt;BR /&gt;Gavin&lt;/P&gt;</description>
