BT YouView and ITVX - BritBox related

Hi,

I've received a number of communications recently to say that BritBox is closing (I was originally offered it by BT and ended up signing up full time afterwards).

I'm told that I can still access BritBox content through ITVX.

That's all fine and dandy, and thanks BT for letting me know...

But my YouView box doesn't have the ITVX app.

Isn't it about time it was added to YouView?

I have a Chromecast so will be able to stream from a tablet or PC, but it's not ideal.

Is there any way to get my YouView box set up for ITVX?

Itvx player is on the TV Pro and Mini TV boxes, not sure when or if it will be added to any older boxes.

If you have a subscription and happy to continue with it, why not phone the value team to see if you can get sent the TV Pro.

Been a BT customer for years.

I'll give them a ring at some point and see if they'll indulge me with a better box
