Missing images for on now on next

A lot of the on now and Next tiles for the linear channels seem to be lacking images tonight , programme text is there but an unusually high number lacking images.

Yes the missing image data issue is ongoing. Not affecting viewing.

I’m not seeing this issue and I’m not sure how the thumbnails are obtained/stored?

I’m guessing a local cache or network problem maybe?

Well I also checked EE TV ios and Android apps live channels and very few images there , only Vanarama Highlights show (tnt 4) had image , Discovery other tnt and eurosport channels had no image only text just now on android app.

On demand stuff images fine.

So it isn't just a tv box issue.

I take it back, although I don’t remember if this is expected behaviour, but if I load up the Home Screen on the box and scroll down to the Sport rail, the thumbnail is missing for every channel that says “SET UP”.

This is also the case in the Guide rail for any non-subscribed channels.

Known issue unfortunately - caused by an upstream data supplier. They're aware of the issue (since Friday), but no ETA on the fix yet.

Believe it was resolved for new broadcast stuff today.

I received confirmation that it was fixed at 4pm, with it then expected to take a few hours to back fill the data.
