hi, can I get the Apple 44 TV box instead of a BT tv box if I get EE TV via a BT contract?

No, only with EE.

@helix3030 yes that's possible. I done it in February.

Give the BT value team a call on 0330 1234 150 and tell them you want to transfer to the new EE, and they can discuss your options with you
