Now TV account has disappeared

The Now TV account I created when I set up my BT TV account has disappeared. I contacted Now support and they say there's no account with the email address I use.

All the Now channels are still working through my BT box, but I can't access the Now app on any of my devices.

How can I fix this? Thanks!

I can confirm that your Now TV account is showing it's in a bad state. I've got a colleague looking at it now. Sorry for the inconvenience.

Your account is now fixed - this isn't something we've ever seen happen before so we're trying to work out what caused it.
