i currently have the standard record box which I’ve had for 9 years am I able to change this for a TV box Pro?

You'll be sent out a new box if you upgrade to any of our current EE TV packages.

Ok thanks shame as our old youveiw box we have to keep resetting for it to work from the remote.

If you want a BT/YouView based box and don’t want a contract then there are plenty on eBay. I have 3 here I really need to get on and sell!

But if you are looking for a replacement Freeview (aerial) based box then the new Manhattan range are shipping to retailers now so will be available to buy soon.
