Missing Apps

Since having my pro box, I don’t have either YouTube or my Samsung internet app. I’ve done channel search and factory reset to no avail. I would really be grateful for any help thanks.

Are these apps that are available on your Smart TV rather than the Pro Box?

YouView boxes have notoriously never had the YouTube app, and certainly wouldn’t be carrying a Samsung app.

Like @NigelB72 , I wonder if you are misremembering apps that were, and probably still are, available on your smart TV, assuming you haven’t changed that?

Thank you so much- they are both there! I’d totally forgotten about Smart Hub on my tv - I’m getting on a bit and not very technical minded.
