Cancelling recordings

We have an unwanted series recording of The Essay, a Radio 3 programme. We used our BT Youview remote to record a couple of episodes, but we are now unable to stop or cancel the recordings using the Delete button. The Guide shows the red Record button, but we can’t get rid of this.

We can delete them once they are recorded, but we want to stop them being recorded in the first place.

Any advice welcomed.

hi @sparkie , if in the main home page menu on your box you select MYTV (recordings and Watchlist) do you see the future recording under Scheduled and are you able to remove it from there ?

Thanks so much - this recording is now deleted. Problem solved.
