Possible scam EETV survey

Just received a possible scam text about an,EETV survey from +447800003951. I haven't done anything that I recall to warrant this. Can a moderator confirm if this is or isn't a scam?

"Hello from EE. We'd love to get some feedback on your EE TV experience (formerly BT TV). We're sending you a short survey. To opt-out, please reply with STOP.

Based on your recent experience, how likely are you to recommend EE TV to friends or family? Please score between 0 (unlikely) and 10 (highly likely)."

Thanks @NickBS . Whenever I receive a text like this with just a mobile no. and no company ID I think twice about it.
