Discovery Plus - Access to Discovery Plus Standard for Basic Customers from 22 July - 12 August

Hi, I’m a BT TV Entertainment customer which usually provides access to Discovery Plus Basic.

I received an email last week from Discovery Plus that stated “Great news! We’re delighted to inform you that you can access the discovery+ Standard plan from 22nd July to 12th August 2024 at no extra cost. This will be added to your existing package and no action is required.”

However, it doesn’t seem to work, the app still says I need to upgrade to watch Eurosport 1 and 2, I’ve tried it on my BT TV Box Pro and on my mobile devices and it doest’t work on any of them?

They had told us the same thing @MC22 however it looks like they're delayed. Access will be enabled in time for the Olympics.

If you check the TV Guide though, you'll find that all 9 Eurosport channels (in both SD and HD) are now available for you to watch.

Hi @MC22 we've raised it with discovery+ and will come back as soon as we can. As far as we were aware it should be available via the app but we'll get clarification.
