    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’m a BT TV Entertainment customer which usually provides access to Discovery Plus Basic.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I received an email last week from Discovery Plus that stated “&lt;SPAN&gt;Great news! We’re delighted to inform you that you can access the discovery+ Standard plan &lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;from 22nd July to 12th August 2024&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt; at no extra cost. This will be added to your existing package and no action is required.”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, it doesn’t seem to work, the app still says I need to upgrade to watch Eurosport 1 and 2, I’ve tried it on my BT TV Box Pro and on my mobile devices and it doest’t work on any of them?&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;They had told us the same thing&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.bt.com/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/296673"&gt;@MC22&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;however it looks like they're delayed.&amp;nbsp; Access will be enabled in time for the Olympics.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;If you check the TV Guide though, you'll find that all 9 Eurosport channels (in both SD and HD) are now available for you to watch.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

As far as we were aware it should be available via the app but we'll get clarification.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
