I can’t start to watch something while it is recording. It plays once the recording is finished but not while recording. Does anyone know why?

Is this on the Box Pro or an older generation box ?

Is the recording from a BBC channel ?

When you go to the Home page I presume you see the programme listed in the RECORDINGS & WATCH LIST section =what options does it give you when you see the programme tile and when you select the programme tile and press the I(nfo) button ?

I can do this perfectly well, in a number of ways, on my DTR-T4000 YouView box.

What device are you doing this on, what are you recording, and if from Freeview is this in aerial mode or IP mode?

What steps are you following to try to watch the recording, and what happens, or doesn’t happen, to prevent you doing this?
