    <description>&lt;P&gt;The app does not load.       <title>Netflix error nw-1-19</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I am unable to get Netflix to work via my pro box. It works on the TV and my phone but on the box I get a nw-1-19 error and it shows no connection to the netflix DNS servers.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I've followed all the advice right down to a couple of full resets of the box without success.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please advise&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;At what point do you get the &amp;nbsp;Netflix error ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Does Netflix app load &amp;nbsp;?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Do you get to select your profile and do you get the (NETFLIX ) index on the left hand side &amp;nbsp;.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;If so I believe close to the bottom you can select Get Help which has a few useful options including&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;Check your Network and Reload NETFLIX &amp;nbsp;and Sign out.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I think I experienced&amp;nbsp; this a while ago ,&amp;nbsp; my impression&amp;nbsp; of the sequence&amp;nbsp; of events was an Internet connection&amp;nbsp; blip whilst&amp;nbsp; Netflix&amp;nbsp; was playing then the error subsequently&amp;nbsp; appeared when next running.&amp;nbsp; I switched to app on different&amp;nbsp; device to continue viewing.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;A few days later the issue was still there and I felt that probably&amp;nbsp; a maintenance mode reset would be needed&amp;nbsp; however&amp;nbsp; didn't&amp;nbsp; want to do one just then as I had the app access via other devices.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;The problem cleared after the box&amp;nbsp; received&amp;nbsp; a&amp;nbsp; normal software update so never did found out if a maintenance&amp;nbsp; mode would have cleared&amp;nbsp; it.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
