Having issue. My bt broadband/ee tv order can’t be ‘completed’ until I download the bt wifi app on my phone. The problem is that it doesn’t seem to be available anymore on the app store

Who told you that this was a requirement? They're mistaken.

OK, you can ignore that. Your order cannot complete as part of it has failed. I recommend you call the helpdesk, as the order will need to be resubmitted for your Now TV account to be set up correctly.
