    <description>I assume error IPC6023?&lt;BR /&gt;It'd be worth checking this setting before anything else:&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;A href="https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/getting-set-up/how-to-set-up/bt-smart-hub-2/full-fibre-mode" target="_blank"&gt;https://www.bt.com/help/broadband/getting-set-up/how-to-set-up/bt-smart-hub-2/full-fibre-mode&lt;/A&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If you have full fibre (with a separate white Openreach modem) then it needs to be enabled.  Otherwise it needs to be disabled</description>

      <title>NOW channels not working after installing new router</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;BT sent me out a new router due to them switching to digital voice, I have installed the new box but none of my NOW tv channels work. I have restarted the tv box and the router but get an on screen message ‘there is a problem with your broadband which is affecting [channel name] check your connection and restart the router’ I have done this numerous times to no avail. What’s the problem? Everything was working fine before&lt;/P&gt;</description>
