      <title>Can't watch Netflix</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Went onto Netflix app and message on screen says Your TV isn't part of the Netflix household for this account&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;It says to update but says Error. Annoying especially as it's part of my subscription&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Got around it by selecting I am travelling and entered a code number to get in. Hope it is a glitch&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;It sounds as though Netflix thinks your package has been accessed elsewhere.&amp;nbsp; Have you given your password details to someone else? Are you using a VPN on your broadband which may confuse Netflix?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If not your account may have been compromised to some degree and a password change may be in order.&amp;nbsp; This is something that is being driven by Netflix not BT no matter what device it is accessed on&lt;/P&gt;</description>
