Remote control suddenly stopped working

Remote was working fine. Went upstairs and came back down to it not working. At this point volume still working but nothing else. I tried resetting/pairing remote (home + 9, home + 7) now volume stopped working too.
have tried rebooting box but no change.

Remote still flashes when pressed but not doing anything with tv

any ideas?

New batteries?

No, batteries are new and it’s still lighting up when I press it

Hi @LT103.

Have you tried taking the batteries out and putting them back into the remote?
