Hi, bit of a long shot but is there a large remote for partially sighted/elderly that will work with the EE tv box or an app that you can change the channel over etc if they get stuck using the remote. Thanks

The EETV box has IR capability so you could buy a giant programable remote and program in the EETV Code (4031), thats the EETV Pro Box code that works with my One For All Remote, I got myself a URC1240 but the buttons I dont think are any bigger easier to see than on the stock remote. In theory I dont see why you cant get a programmable giant remote and achieve the same.

I dont think you can use the EETV App to remote control though.

Have a look at the URC6810 or 6820.
