Bt box Pro Recording problem

my bt tv box pro records ok except for the itv programme This Morning if you fast forward it goes back to the begining. Other recordings are fine.

Hi @JL123 Can I ask if you have set your Box Pro up with an aerial or are you using it in IP mode ?

Also are you viewing the recording whist the the live programme is still in progress or after the programme has finished .

Speculation, but I believe This Morning has Product Placement within it (some might say the whole program is one big advert or promotional vehicle), and therefore it gets classified under the ITV restrictions on EETV preventing the fast forwarding/skipping of adverts? Reverting back to the beginning of the program is just a way of dealing with it?
