      <title>Discovery plus activation problem</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We've had discovery+ basic bundled with our TV package for some time now.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Occasionally, maybe every month or so, it would ask us to activate it again when loading the app.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This time, it does that then&amp;nbsp; after scanning the QR code, I just get directed to the BT site to "upgrade" to the sports package.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;No Idea what's going on and caught in a loop. Can you advise please?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>Hi.&lt;BR /&gt;There's 3 options ; activate, sign in and help.&lt;BR /&gt;The activate is the one I followed via a QR.&lt;BR /&gt;The sign in takes you to a discovery plus account, which to my knowledge I've never had.&lt;BR /&gt;</description>
